AI Audit, Policy Development, and Initial Implementation Guidance

Duration8 Weeks
LocationOn Site
Fees$250,000 + Travel

For most schools, this is the logical first step. Working with teachers, administrators, students, parents, legal teams, and IT teams, we get AI out of your classrooms. By the end of this process, AI abuse at your school will end. Students will avoid abusing AI out of self interest…and those foolish enough to try to commit academic fraud with AI will regret it deeply. In six intensive weeks, we cover:

  • Meetings with students, parents, faculty, and administrators, including individual interviews, “town-hall” style meetings, and small group meetings. These meetings help understand the motivations for using AI, fears about not using AI (e.g., “If I don't use it, I won't be able to compete”), parental motivation, teacher “pain points,” and administrative concerns.
  • Review of current AI detection technologies, including an analysis of their vulnerabilities. How are students evading current detection, and how can those vulnerabilities be addressed?
  • Student skill analysis, creating a realistic assessment of actual academic skills. Are students theoretically able to perform academic tasks without AI? Is AI being used as a tool to get ahead, a way to avoid work, a response to an overwhelming homework load, or are students simply unable to complete assignments without it?
  • Recommendations for AI-proof or AI-resistant assignments and assessments.
  • Recommendations for technological changes or updates.
  • Recommendations for AI-detection methods.
  • Recommendations for schoolwide and department-level AI policies.
  • Initial teacher training.

This process will give a clear blueprint on how to stop AI-based fraud in order to improve education for students, retain and attract faculty, and protect your institution's integrity and reputation.

Teacher Training Seminars

DurationFull Day or Half Day
LocationOn Site or Zoom
FeesContact us

Ideal for professional days. The Turing Police's seminars help teachers understand how to create AI-proof and AI-resistant assignments and assessments, how to accurately detect AI-based fraud, and how to understand the motivations behind AI use (addiction, competition, dependency, time management). Seminars cover both specific techniques as well as frameworks and approaches that help teachers develop their own techniques.

Teacher Training Seminars can be used as annual follow-ups to the initial AI Audit and Overhaul or as standalone training programs.
